The Boss and the Blogger is delighted to join forces with Touristar TV to cooperate on the promotion of tourism in Croatia.
While most tourism promotion is concentrated on the stereotype of sun and sea, Touristar is producing innovative projects to investigate lesser known aspects of tourism in Croatia. Our first cooperation with Touristar was earlier this year when we spent almost two weeks filming 'Legends of Croatia', a look at the ancient legends of Sibenik-Knin and Dubrovnik-Neretva counties with real-life reenactments by local actors.
That filming took us into new and exciting parts of Croatia, and so it was a pleasure to accept a double proposal from Touristar recently. We will be filming a new series about Croatia (more information soon), as well as doing a regular blog about aspects of tourism in the country.
Our first blogging destination was Varazdin, a delightul former capital city near the Slovenian border. Check out the initial video below, or follow the Touristar TV blog for more on this and forthcoming events.
